1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using HabShift, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

HabShift is a habit-tracking and gamification app. You agree to:

• Use HabShift for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the app
• Not use automated systems to abuse features or APIs
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• HabShift offers optional Pro and Premium subscription tiers.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled per our refund policy — contact support@myhashtag.io.
• Subscription management: tap "Manage Subscription" in the Upgrade screen.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your habit data and notes. By using cloud sync, you grant HabShift a limited license to store and sync your data for service delivery purposes only.

5. Social Features

HabShift includes optional social features (global activity feed, world boss). By participating, you agree not to post offensive, illegal, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI Coach

The AI coaching feature provides motivational suggestions and is not a substitute for professional health, medical, or fitness advice. Use at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimers

HabShift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be free from errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabShift's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of HabShift after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
